As long as the demand continues, we will always be here! It's been more than 30 years since our establishment. We currently have numerous factory expansions and is ranked within the top 1000:

OUR HISTORY
2025:Through its overseas subsidiary Large Crown Limited, the Company acquired 50% of the Japanese shareholders’ equity in Maruichi Metal Product (Foshan) Co., Ltd., raising its total shareholding to 85%. The company was subsequently renamed Changshin Metal Product (Foshan) Co., Ltd.
2024:Chang Yee Steel Co., Ltd. became the industry leader by completing a greenhouse gas inventory and obtaining SGS verification in accordance with ISO 14064-1:2018 standards. This milestone highlights the Company’s firm commitment to environmental sustainability, energy conservation, carbon reduction, and achieving net-zero emissions. I-Den Mold Industrial Corp. and the Wuhan branch of Maruichi Metal Product (Foshan) Co., Ltd. completed liquidation and dissolution.
2023:Subsidiary Dongguan Zhangtai Metal Products Co., Ltd. was renamed Dongguan Zhangtai Automotive Components Co., Ltd.
2022:Subscribed to Changchun Engley’s holding of 4.05% equity in Honley Auto. Parts Co., Ltd.
2021:Invested in CSGT (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (10% shareholding), primarily engaged in domestic and international steel import/export and steel/aluminum product trading.
2020:Acquired I-Den Mold Industrial Corp., specializing in advanced pipe fitting mold development; obtained SGS ISO 9001:2015 international quality certification in July.
2015:Subsidiary Dongguan Zhangtai Metal Products Co., Ltd. established production lines for internal high-pressure forming and peripheral equipment.
2014:Obtained SGS ISO 9001:2008 international quality certification.
2013:Co-invested with China Steel Corporation, K. S. Terminals Inc., and Taiwan-based Changchun Engley to establish Honley Auto. Parts Co., Ltd. and Changchun Ceck Auto. Parts Co., Ltd., entering advanced automotive manufacturing (hot stamping forming).
2012:Capital increased to NT$1,203,640 thousand.
2011:Established Wuhan Branch of Maruichi Metal Product (Foshan) Co., Ltd. as a joint venture with Japan’s Maruichi; capital increased to NT$1,050,000 thousand.
2010:Capital increased to NT$680,000 thousand.
2009:Established Maruichi Metal Product (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. as a joint venture with Japan’s Maruichi.
2005:Established Maruichi Metal Product (Foshan) Co., Ltd. as a joint venture with Japan’s Maruichi; capital increased to NT$650,000 thousand.
2004:Listed on the Emerging Stock Market in August; capital increased to NT$610,000 thousand.
2003:Capital increased to NT$499,500 thousand.
2002:Obtained ISO 9001:2000 international quality certification in July.

1999:Obtained ISO 9002 international quality certification in January; capital increased to NT$380,000 thousand in July.
1998:Hemei Factory established process and sales of cutting and molding painted corrugated sheets. Establishment of Chang Yee Steel (B.V.I.) Co., Ltd Zhangquan Hardware Products (Kunshan) Co., Ltd was founded in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, China.
1993:Established Dongguan Zhangtai Metal Products Co., Ltd. in Dongguan.
1992:Capital increased to NT$190,000 thousand.
1991:Capital increased to NT$152,000 thousand.
1990:Capital increased to NT$100,000 thousand.
1988:Acquired land in Shengang Township, Changhua County, and completed factory construction. Capital increased to NT$70,000 thousand. The Company relocated its headquarters to the Shengang Plant, where it remains today.
1983:Reorganized into Chang Yee Steel Co., Ltd., with capital increased to NT$12,000 thousand.
1981:Founded Chang Yee Steel Co., Ltd., with an initial capital of NT$2 million.
